I feel protective over my new interns, especially women, and one in particular seems very bright but fatally shy. She seems lacking in self-esteem. In a high pressured macho work place like mine, that’s dangerous. She’s at the mercy of every enculé (asshole) who think he’s God’s gift to women.
I need to teach her to sharpen her claws a little if she is to survive….
